SolarSafe PV Check
Thermal and visual anomaly screening for operating solar arrays, commissioning baselines and preventive maintenance.

Evidence your team can act on.
An IEC-informed aerial inspection that pairs radiometric thermal and RGB imagery to locate apparent module, substring, bypass-diode, connection, shading and physical anomalies. Findings support targeted testing by a registered electrician; the drone survey does not certify electrical safety.
Every capture is planned around the asset, airspace, weather and environmental conditions. Thermal and visual datasets are quality-reviewed, securely retained and delivered with practical context.
What the survey requires
- Array operating under suitable irradiance and load
- Suitable wind, cloud and weather conditions
- Site plan or array layout where available
- Electrician verification for electrical diagnosis or remediation
Your deliverables
- Array and anomaly location map
- Matched thermal and RGB image pairs
- Module or string-level anomaly register where site data permits
- Maintenance-ready findings export
- Secure baseline archive for future comparison
Clear scope
Honest limitations matter.
Aerial evidence supports better decisions. It does not replace diagnosis or certification by the appropriate qualified professional.
- The service is IEC-informed, not advertised as IEC-conforming until the complete workflow and personnel requirements are independently verified
- Aerial anomalies require qualified electrical investigation
- Soiling, shading, reflections and changing irradiance can affect apparent patterns
Why HiAbove
Repeatable capture. Contractor-ready reporting.
- Matched evidence instead of a folder of drone images
- Documented conditions, assumptions and limitations
- Prioritised actions and specialist verification points
- Secure archive for repeat and year-on-year comparison
